The company was established in January 2003, and within this short span of time, has established itself as a major developer in the Brits and Hartebeespoort areas. Xanadu Properties began by undertaking their own building projects and have moved on to building for others. Their scope of expertise ranges across the spectrum, and includes contracts within the industrial, commercial and residential sectors. In addition to building and construction, Xanadu Properties also offer renovations and the completion of finer details in a project. Xanadu Properties is a focused Development and Construction Company, committed to the path of deliberate sustainable growth, and envision the company’s growth to national level in the near future. As such, they have begun expanding out of the Brits area, and are available to subcontract for major construction companies as well.
